Formulation of the complaint
Complaints must be made in writing. It is recommended to file the complaint on-line or use the form provided for this purpose.
The complaint must describe breaches related to the conduct of the concerned police officer, wildlife protection officer, special constable, highway controller or UPAC investigator and specify, wherever possible, all the circumstances (date, place, etc.) as well as the facts that are considered relevant for its examination.
In addition, it is important to include the available documents (summary offence ticket, charge, decisions, etc.) and elements of proof (photographs, audio or video recordings, medical certificates).
The personnel of the Commissaire has the ability to provide the necessary support for the formulation of the complaint.
